Let yourself be enchanted by Brunelleschi’s genius with a guided tour in Florence thanks to which we will know the life and works of this Renaissance genius!
Our tour will start at the church of San Lorenzo and we’ll visit the Old Sacristy, the famous Medici chapel built together with his friend Donatello. This collaboration will end the friendship between two of the most famous geniuses of the Florentine Renaissance.
Later we’ll visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore where we could admire the decorated interior of the famous dome on which we’ll then climb.
You’ll know the history of one of the undisputed symbols of the city and admire the most beautiful panoramas of Florence that inspired artists in their works!
We’ll cross via dei Calzaiuoli and stop outside the church of Orsanmichele where we’ll admire statues made by the most famous artists of Florence.
Our guided tour will end at the Basilica of Santo Spirito, a beautiful church located in the Oltrarno district of Florence built by Brunelleschi. Inside we could admire in the sacristy a crucifix made by a young Michelangelo.
